WSBE23 is a global conference that focuses on sustainable built environment topics, bringing together industry, academic and governmental leaders.
What we did
We designed a logo for the client inspired from the Sankey Diagram. Sankey diagrams emphasize the major transfers or flows within a system.
This was used as a means to illustrate the sharing of knowledge and connections between various actors that take place during the conference.
A colorful and vibrant palette was put together to represent the wide diversity of subjects and contributors to the event, and how the flows exchange and blend together in the forms of fluid gradients.
The Goals
We were asked to create a unique visual representation of what the company brings to its clients and partners.
We were to steer away completely from the default colors (green, blue) and symbolism associated with sustainability in order to build an identity as strong and unique as possible within the industry. All while making sure to communicate the right message and give a global dimension to the conference.
